Order by mail using a check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank payable
to Merl Publications. Please do not send cash. Download, fill out and
mail the order form below along with your payment to the address
specified on the form.

Orders of one or two books will be sent through USPS Global Priority Mail (flat-rate envelope) as follows:

For destinations without USPS Global Priority Mail Service, shipments
will be sent through FedEx or DHL service. For shipping estimates and
